Week 14 Recap
Standings
That is a WRAP. 14 weeks and we now have our playoffs. All the matchups for the final spots were super close, and the final two spots were decided by tiebreakers.
Here’s how it went down:
- Shannon won, so she took the #4 spot
- Megan lost, Jon lost, Ryan won - leaving 3 teams for the final two spots.
- Our first tiebreaker is H2H, but since not all three teams played each other the same number of times (Megan played Ryan twice, Jon once. Jon played Ryan once.), it went down to points for. Jon had 30 more points than Ryan, so that gave him the #5 spot.
- Final tiebreaker was between Megan and Ryan. This came down to H2H, and Megan swept Ryan in the regular season, so she gets the #6 spot.
Congratulations to the teams - and remember that the trade deadline is Midnight on 12/13.
Player of the Week
This one is a no-brainer. Josh Allen and his 57.88 points is the most points ever scored by a QB in history.
That is a monster game, especially since it ended in a LOSS for Buffalo. Now that the Bills have clinched the division, Erik will start worrying that they might shut Josh down to prep for the IRL playoffs.
Team of the Week
This one goes to The Schitt List. Lamar: Out. Ken Walker: Out. Lions: Negative. AJ Brown: beefing with Jalen Hurts. Tee Higgins: lost. Derek Carr: broken bones.
Suddenly a wild Zach Charbonnet appears. He uses Beast Mode. It’s super effective - 31.3 points.
Seriously, I haven’t seen a Seahawk run like that in a single game since Thomas Rawls.
After that, JJettas rolled up and it was over.
He got the grill on? Yeah, Justin Jefferson going off today.pic.twitter.com/FPZs6j2eCx

That was YET ANOTHER dominant performance. At this point, I just copy paste that sentence every time Samantha’s team gets brought up.
Matchup of the Week
All the playoff matchsups were great - but I think instead of celebrating the best one - we’ll celebrate the most meaningless matchup of the week.
Toomey Smalls vs LIHILILI (that’s you Jon, I’m not typing your team name anymore) was basically a counting exercise. It ended up super close, but I’m sorry that Jon had to pay attention to the Cowboys for nothing.
With the other two matchups (Megan vs Morgan + Ryan vs Blyhe) being what they were, both Jon and Shannon were going to make it through…and now they have to play each other AGAIN in the 1st round. This time, it all counts.
Manager Stats
Did Erik’s team make the record book?
No, not it did not. He was short by 10 points. Work harder Josh Allen.
Looking at the final Power Rankings of the season, Jon is definitely taking the role of Alabama - sneaking in after racking up style points while Ryan is occupying the 2023 Florida State spot.
Schedule Notes
